DP Ruto Gifts Toyota Prado to Reverend Lotuno

On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, Deputy President William Ruto gifted Reverend Daniel Lotuno a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, valued between Ksh 4 million and Ksh 7 million, to enhance his ministry.

According to photos seen by Kenyans.co.ke, the DP had held a meeting with the reverend and his team at his Karen home.

Reverend Lotuno is the pastor of AIC Ilmasin in Kiserian, Kajiado County.

"Handed over a vehicle to Rev. Daniel Lotuno of AIC Ilmasin, Kiserian, Kajiado County. Blessed to have joined the church in acquiring a tool for evangelisation," Ruto stated.

DP Ruto's gesture comes as the country gears up for the 2022 General Elections, with political leaders shaping their agendas ahead of the polls.

Interestingly, DP Ruto was not present at State House, Nairobi during the reception of Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu by President Uhuru Kenyatta on the same day.

During the reception, Suluhu was accorded a 21 gun salute and proceeded to inspect the guard of honour.
