May 3, 2021, marked a turning point for Liquid Telecom, as a social media user exposed the company's poor services and blatant lies to customers. The user, pastor micheal, recounted his frustrating experience with the company's customer care staff, who promised to resolve his internet issues but failed to deliver.

According to pastor micheal, he was forced to travel from upcountry to the company's headquarters, only to be told that the staff member he had been dealing with was on leave and working from home. This experience is a testament to the company's disorganization and lack of accountability.

Another client had a similar experience in October 2020, when he was installed with WIMAX, which promised 5 mbps internet speeds. However, the internet speeds were extremely slow, making it difficult for his kids to connect to online classes and web pages.

Despite raising his complaints to Liquid Telecom through their customer support team, the client was met with lies and empty promises. The company admitted that the internet speeds were too low, but failed to take any action to resolve the issue.

These stories are just a few examples of the many consumers who have been affected by Liquid Telecom's poor internet services and unresponsive customer care. The company's reputation has taken a hit, and it is now losing market share to new entrants that are keen to avoid similar situations.
