Despite the challenges brought about by the Coronavirus pandemic, Fanaka Real Estate has registered tremendous success in the real estate business. The company's latest projects, launched towards the end of December 2020, are already sold out.
According to Charity Nyokabi, Customer Relations Manager at Fanaka Real Estate, the company's customer-centric approach has been key to their success. 'We put our clients first, and that's what drives our business,' she said.
Ms. Nyokabi attributed the success of the company's projects to the development of the area and its proximity to the Nairobi Central Business District. 'Our clients look at the value and development of the area, and that's what we offered them,' she said.
General Manager Dennis Wandera pointed out that the company's focus is on having projects in satellite towns within the Nairobi Metropolitan Area. 'We want to provide places where our clients can build homes as they work in the city,' he said.
Mr. Wandera highlighted the strategic location of Ruiru, which is close to Nairobi and offers easy access to the city centre. 'Ruiru was ideal for us because of the infrastructure around it, proximity to the CBD, proximity to malls, and proximity to JKIA,' he said.
He added that the company has increased its human capital to improve customer service and service delivery to clients. 'We want to ensure that we support our clients in keeping the momentum going,' he said.
