May 2, 2021, marked a somber occasion for the Muigai family as they commemorated the first death anniversary of their beloved Tecra Muigai.
Tecra, the daughter of Keroche Breweries owners, tragically passed away on May 2, 2020, after suffering a fatal staircase accident.
Her death sparked a murder investigation, with her lover, Omar Lali, being arrested and detained. However, he was later released due to lack of evidence.
On the first anniversary of her death, Tecra's family and friends gathered at their home for a low-key celebration. Elder sister Anerlisa Muigai shared heartfelt posts on social media, remembering Tecra's life and legacy.
Anerlisa wrote, 'Gone but never forgotten.' She also shared a poignant message, 'The scariest thing about life is that you don’t know the hour nor the day you will breathe your last. May we all turn to God.'
Additionally, Anerlisa shared a touching tribute, 'These were Tecra’s favorite flowers. Always celebrate your loved ones with what they loved and that will make you feel closer to them.'
