On May 2, 2021, Jambojet resumed operations to all five of its local destinations from its Nairobi hub, marking a significant milestone in the airline's efforts to resume normal services.

The decision to resume operations comes after the Government of Kenya lifted a month-long partial lockdown affecting five counties, including Nairobi, on May 2, 2021.

According to Jambojet, customers who had suspended their travel plans are advised to contact the airline via email at [email protected], or through their customer care numbers +254711024501/ 073404545/ 0730804545, or social media pages @FlyJambojet, to reschedule their flights.

As part of its commitment to ensuring the safety of its passengers and staff, Jambojet has implemented various COVID-19 guidelines, including the use of High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration systems in its aircraft, which refresh the air every 3 minutes.

The airline also thoroughly sanitizes its aircraft with industry-approved disinfectants before and after each flight, and requires all passengers and crew to wear facemasks throughout the journey.
