On April 29, 2021, Vivo Smartphone announced a strategic partnership with Jambo Shoppe, a prominent online retailer in Kenya, to expand its footprint in the Kenyan market and cater to the growing demand for online shopping.

According to a Mastercard study in February 2021, 79% of Kenyan consumers have increased their online shopping since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The brand will retail various Vivo Smartphone models, including the vivo Y12s, vivo V19, vivo Y1s, and vivo Y20, with plans to introduce more products in the future.
