Published on August 26, 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant changes in the way Kenyan youths engage in sports and other activities.
Traditionally, sports have been used as a platform to share and teach youths valuable life skills, such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. However, with the implementation of social distancing measures and the avoidance of crowds, it has become increasingly difficult to utilize sports as a means of imparting these skills.
