On August 26, 2020, Citizen TV news anchor Waihiga Mwaura took to social media to celebrate a significant milestone in his family's life.
Waihiga introduced his younger sister, Gathoni Mwaura, who had just graduated virtually with a Master's degree in Education from Derby University.
Sharing a heartwarming photo of his sister posing with their mom and brother, Waihiga expressed his pride and admiration for her achievements.
"So proud of my beautiful talented baby sister @gathonimwaura who graduated virtually with an MSc Education from Derby University earlier today. What a journey it has been. May God bless your latter years far beyond anything you could ever have expected," he wrote.
Waihiga also revealed that his sister had attained her second master's degree, a remarkable achievement that earned her congratulations from their family and friends.
