According to Sonko, he has been jogging on his treadmill for a few minutes every day, a routine he plans to maintain. However, his beer belly suggests that he may need more than just jogging to achieve his weight loss goals.
Despite this, Sonko remains optimistic, urging the youth to stay fit and healthy. He believes that a healthy body can help one fight away diseases such as high blood pressure.
"I would advise young people, especially men, to take some time and do some physical activities to remain physically fit," Sonko said. "Ata mimi leo, I’ve decided this will be my routine every day because all our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them."
As Sonko continues his weight loss journey, he is also using the opportunity to advise the youth on the importance of staying fit and healthy.
