Published on August 25, 2020, the Kenya Ni Yetu concert is a tribute to the hundreds of Kenyans who have lost their lives to COVID-19 and the thousands who have contracted the disease.

The concert, organized by the Media Owners Association, aims to bring hope and commemoration to the nation.

Kenya Ni Yetu Concert Lineup

The concert will feature top Kenyan performers, including Sauti Sol, H_Art The Band, Eric Wainaina, Sammidoh, Suzanna Owiyo, Redfourth Chorus, Elizabeth Njoroge, and the Nairobi String Quartet, among others.

Internationally, Grammy award-winning artist Gramps Morgan of the mega reggae group Morgan Heritage will also perform.

Concert Details

The concert will be broadcast on all leading television, radio stations, and digital platforms at 8:00pm on Saturday, August 29, 2020.

It will be aired digitally on www.yetulive.com and on Kiss TV, Citizen TV, NTV, K24, KTN, Switch TV, Family TV, 3 Stones TV, Kass TV, TV47, KBC, and all major radio stations.

"We stand with Kenya at this time, because we know the feeling of despondency and concern people are feeling. We need to encourage Kenyans and uplift their spirit at this time," said Wachira Waruru, MOA Chairman.
