Published on August 25, 2020, Huawei Mobile Kenya has launched a two-week sale offer on its Y-series and the Nova 7i, with discounted prices and gift hampers available in all retail stores across the country.
The sale, which runs until September 6, 2020, will see consumers shop in all retail stores and walk away with Bluetooth headphones, other gift hampers, and discounted prices on the devices.
According to Huawei, each store has its own discount offer, so consumers will get different discounts or offers depending on the store they visit.
Speaking about the two-week period, Huawei Mobile Kenya Country Head, Jim Zhujie, said, “As we embark on the last quarter of the year, we are kicking off on-ground activities across the country to increase our market share in the mid-range category. With the introduction of various Y series devices that came with Huawei AppGallery, we are determined to ensure that all our consumers get their value for money.”
He added, “We have seen an upward growth in this category and are determined to stay focused in bringing a fresh wave of innovation to its users, by giving them new features and stylish designs with every smartphone. We have managed to revolutionize the mid-level segment to introduce devices that are not only affordable but also packed with premium features.”
The discounted Y-series include:
- Y5p – with a recommended retail price (RRP) of KES. 9,799
- Y6p – with a RRP of KES. 14,999
- Y7p – with a RRP of KES. 18,499
- Y8p – with a RRP of KES. 24,999
The Nova 7i has a RRP of KES. 29,999.
