Brenda Bosibori, a talented young musician from Kisii, is determined to make a name for herself in the Kenyan music industry. Born in 1995, Bosibori has been passionate about music since her high school days at St. Peters Suneka Secondary School.

After completing her secondary education in 2015, Bosibori pursued a diploma in Mass Communication at the Multimedia University (MMU). She is currently in her second year and hopes to graduate soon.

"Personally, I believe I have the talent to produce great music that will captivate audiences not only in Kenya but also in East Africa," Bosibori said in an interview. "However, the lack of funding is a major challenge for many musicians."

Bosibori's music genre is a fusion of Zuku, Reggae, and Hip-Hop, with lyrics that focus on love, environment, and life. She has released seven songs, including five videos and two audio tracks, with some of her notable hits being 'Ajabu,' 'Oyomo,' and 'Mazingira.'

Her songs have been recorded in various studios, including KBM Records and Asali Productions, which is located in Embakasi. Bosibori has also collaborated with other artists, such as Rafat Chizi, DJ O, and Everedi.

"I have a passion for writing scripts, and I have written one film called 'Liberty Theatre' which was showcased at the Kenya National Theatre (KNT) in 2018," Bosibori said. "I am currently working on another script called 'Sisi' which I hope to complete soon."

Bosibori's ultimate goal is to become a renowned musician in Kenya and East Africa, and she hopes to collaborate with artists like Sanaipei Tande, Avril, and Nandy in the future.
