Optiven Property Levels ¶
Optiven, a leading real estate developer, offers five levels of properties, each designed to cater to the diverse needs of its customers. From low-end to high-end properties, Optiven's offerings ensure that every customer finds a suitable option.
The five levels of properties are:
- Level 1: Bare Plots These plots do not have any value additions and are priced between Kshs. 195,000 and Kshs. 675,000 per plot. Examples include Sifa Gardens, Hekima Gardens, Favour Gardens, and Hope Gardens in Kajiado.
- Level 2: Limited Value Added Plots These plots have graded roads, fence with barbed wire, power not too far, and scarce settlement. Examples include Rafiki Gardens along Kangundo Rd. and Peace Gardens in Nyeri, priced at Kshs. 695,000 per plot.
- Level 3: Standard Value Added Plots (Medium Value Added Plots) On these properties, Optiven provides murrum roads, water on site, elevated water tanks, fence by mesh, and a caretaker on site. Examples include Shekinah Gardens in Kajiado Township, priced at Kshs. 750,000, and Shalom Gardens in Machakos, priced at Kshs. 1,295,000.
- Level 4: High Level Value Additions These properties offer fruits parks, playing fields, elevated water towers, piped water to every plot, hundreds of trees, drainages, power, house designs, and gated communities with manned security. Examples include Victory Gardens Phase Three, Four & Five, priced at Kshs. 2,295,000.
- Level 5: Super Prime Value Addition These properties offer cabro internal roads, provision of a clubhouse, high-end entry gates, stone walls, laser wire, CCTV, water fountains, high-end steel galvanized tanks, orchards, green public parks, house designs, appointed architects, and uniformed security guards. Examples include Amani Ridge, the Place of Peace in Kiambu, priced between Kshs. 4.5 million and Kshs. 10.2 million.
