Optiven's Five Levels of Properties ¶
At Optiven, we understand that every customer has different needs and preferences when it comes to property ownership. To cater to this diversity, we have developed five levels of properties, each with its unique set of value additions.
The five levels are designed to cater to low, middle, and high-end customers, ensuring that everyone can find a property that suits their budget and lifestyle.
Here's a breakdown of the five levels of properties offered by Optiven:
Level 1: Bare Plots ¶
These plots are the most basic and do not have any value additions. The price range for bare plots starts from Kshs. 195,000 per plot and goes up to Kshs. 675,000 per plot.
Examples of bare plots include Sifa Gardens, Hekima Gardens, Favour Gardens, and Hope Gardens in Kajiado.
Level 2: Limited Value Added Plots ¶
These plots have some value additions, including graded roads, fence with barbed wire, and power not too far away. The price range for limited value added plots starts from Kshs. 695,000 per plot.
Examples of limited value added plots include Rafiki Gardens along Kangundo Road and Peace Gardens in Nyeri.
Level 3: Standard Value Added Plots (Medium Value Added Plots) ¶
On this level, we offer plots with murrum roads, water on site, elevated water tanks, fence by mesh, and a caretaker on site. The price range for standard value added plots starts from Kshs. 750,000 per plot.
Examples of standard value added plots include Shekinah Gardens in Kajiado Township and Shalom Gardens in Machakos.
Level 4: High Level Value Additions ¶
On this level, we offer plots with high-end value additions, including fruits parks, playing fields, elevated water towers, piped water to every plot, hundreds of trees, drainages, power, house designs, and gated communities with manned security. The price range for high-level value additions starts from Kshs. 2,295,000 per plot.
Examples of high-level value additions include Victory Gardens Phase Three, Four, and Five.
Level 5: Super Prime Value Addition ¶
On this level, we offer plots with the highest level of value additions, including cabro internal roads, provision of club houses, high-end entry gates, stone walls, laser wire, CCTV, water fountains, high-end steel galvanized 15-meter high 100,000 liters elevated tanks, orchards, green public parks, house designs, appointed architects, registered community regulations by the county government, home owners associations, and uniformed security guards. The price range for super prime value additions starts from Kshs. 4.5 million to Kshs. 10.2 million per plot.
Examples of super prime value additions include Amani Ridge the Place of Peace in Kiambu.
