Homemade Doughnuts Recipe with Icing Sugar

Are you craving something sweet and indulgent? Look no further than this easy recipe for homemade doughnuts using icing sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 750g self-raising flour
  • 300g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 300g butter
  • icing sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Combine sugar, butter, and eggs in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the flour to the mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm and use a round cookie cutter to cut out the doughnuts.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 180°C and fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
  5. Dust the doughnuts with icing sugar and serve.
