Level 1: Bare Plots

Price range: Kshs. 195,000 to 675,000 per plot

Examples of bare plots include Sifa Gardens, Hekima Gardens, Favour Gardens, and Hope Gardens in Kajiado.

Level 2: Limited Value Added Plots

Price range: Kshs. 695,000 per plot

Examples of limited value added plots include Rafiki Gardens along Kangundo Road and Peace Gardens in Nyeri.

Level 3: Standard Value Added Plots (Medium Value Added Plots)

Price range: Kshs. 750,000 per plot

Examples of standard value added plots include Shekinah Gardens in Kajiado Township and Shalom Gardens in Machakos.

Level 4: High Level Value Additions

Price range: Kshs. 2,295,000 per plot

Examples of high level value additions include Victory Gardens Phase Three, Four & Five.

Level 5: Super Prime Value Addition

Price range: Kshs. 4.5m to 10.2m (determined by size of plot)

Examples of super prime value additions include Amani Ridge the Place of Peace in Kiambu.
