On August 24, 2020, a shocking incident occurred at Galana Suites house number 703, where businessman Kevin Omwenga was shot in the chest by Robert Ouko.
Ouko, who has confessed to the shooting, claims it was an accident. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident have raised questions about the true nature of the event.
According to a CCTV footage, Omwenga had left the house shortly before returning with a woman at 10:31 pm. They were seen talking and giggling, unaware of the tragic events that were to unfold.
Robert Ouko is seen following Omwenga and the woman into the house and leaves minutes later. What followed was a shocking turn of events.
At 11:32 pm, Ouko returns to the house and leaves with the lady and two men carrying Omwenga, who had been fatally shot.
At the parking lot, Omwenga is put in a blue car and driven off to the hospital while the lady, who was wearing a mustard dress, remains behind with Ouko and can be seen walking towards the gate.
