The three-year project, situated on a 17.2-acre parcel of land, will feature 256 standalone maisonettes targeting middle-income earners.
Regulatory filings with the National Environment Management Authority (Nema) reveal that the firm has allocated land for affordable housing development, comprising two blocks with seven floors each, accommodating 168 apartments.
The development will include a commercial shopping complex, a recreational area, and a kindergarten.
Nairobi's Eastlands has become a hub for developers, driven by the area's improved accessibility due to the construction of key road arteries, including the expansion of the Outering Road.
