On August 24, 2020, media personality Betty Kyallo made headlines with her latest purchase - a luxurious apartment at the 88 Nairobi building, the tallest residential building in Nairobi and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Located in UpperHill, the 44-floor apartment is part of The Lordship Group's real estate development company. The building is expected to be completed in three years and will feature premium serviced apartments, including studio, 1 and 2 bedroom executive apartments, and duplex junior penthouses.
Each apartment offers breathtaking views of the Nairobi city and the African horizons, with amenities such as a helipad, VIP lounge, bar, kids area, swimming pool, and more. The apartments are also equipped with modern appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, and fireplaces.
Speaking to Mpasho.co.ke, Betty Kyallo expressed her excitement about her new purchase, saying, 'My dream come true! Girls can do it.'
According to the project's website, 88 Nairobi tower has already sold 55 apartments, with a total of 300 apartments available. The CEO of The Lordship Group, Jonathan, stated that the location was chosen to target individuals who work in Upperhill and want a home near their offices.
