On August 24, 2020, Go-down and general construction company Radheshyam Transport announced plans to invest Sh1 billion in a 424-unit residential development in Nairobi's Donholm area.

The three-year project, which will be built on a 17.2-acre parcel of land currently occupied by a warehouse, will feature 256 standalone maisonettes targeting middle-income earners.

Regulatory filings with the National Environment Management Authority (Nema) also revealed plans for affordable housing development, with two blocks rising seven floors high and accommodating 168 apartments.

The development will include a commercial shopping complex, a recreational area, and a kindergarten.

Donholm's growing appeal to developers is attributed to the area's improved accessibility, thanks to the construction of key road arteries, including the expansion of the Outering Road.
