On July 5th, 2020, a disturbing incident occurred in Kenya, leaving a woman feeling violated and a businessman facing serious charges.
Sandeef Rajnikant Desai, 58, allegedly sent nude photos to Linda Thorpe via email, knowing that his actions would be grossly offensive and affect her deeply.
Desai appeared before Kibera Law Courts Chief Magistrate Abdul Lorot, where he denied the charges brought against him.
He was released on a cash bail of KES 30,000 and the case will be mentioned on September 3rd, 2020.
