On August 22, 2020, Centum Real Estate unveiled a new affordable housing development in Nairobi's Kasarani area, dubbed 265 Elmer One Apartments.
The 268-unit development aims to provide quality apartments with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom loft, and two-bedroom units priced from Sh1.9 million.
The apartments will feature communal lounges, a mini tennis court, and a mini soccer pitch at the rooftop, offering a unique living experience.
