Published on August 8, 2020, Anerlisa Muigai, heiress to the Keroche Breweries empire, has made a bold move that has left fans speculating about her marriage to Tanzanian musician Ben Pol.
The couple tied the knot in an exclusive wedding a couple of months ago, but it appears their relationship has hit a rocky patch.
Anerlisa has unfollowed Ben Pol on social media and deleted any photos she had of him on her profile, including their engagement photos and photos of him meeting her parents.
Ben Pol, on the other hand, still follows Anerlisa and her various online accounts, but he never posted many photos of the two together.
Tanzanian gossip blogger Juma Lokole has taken to his Instagram page to ask what is happening between the two personalities.
“Hivi kwanini watu wakikaa muda mrefu kwenye mahusiano wakija kufunga tuu ndoa hawakai muda mrefu mambo chali😢😢. Hawa Sasa itakuaje km wameachana??? Kwanini wamejifuta urafiki na mapicha wamefutilia mbal?(Is this to say that when you date for a long time then wed, the relationship hits a rocky patch? WHy have they deleted each other’s photos and unfollowed each other?” wrote Juma.
It is usually the norm for celebrities to unfollow each other or delete each other’s photos when they have broken up or there is a misunderstanding in the relationship. Unless the two are deciding to keep their marriage off social media.
