August 8, 2020 - Singer Katy Perry is counting down the days to meet her first child, as she impatiently awaits the birth of her baby girl.
At 35 years old, Katy is ready for motherhood, but the latter stages of pregnancy are taking their toll. In a recent Instagram post, she shared a photo of herself lying down while shopping for baby supplies, clearly finding the experience more challenging than expected.
"I'm pooped," she captioned the photo, hinting at her exhaustion and eagerness for the birth to arrive.
Although her due date remains private, Katy announced her pregnancy in March through a music video for Never Worn White, stating that the baby was due in the summer.
Her fiancé, Orlando Bloom, has also shared his excitement about becoming a father again, describing the experience as "magical" and looking forward to late-night feedings and quiet moments with their baby girl.
