Pesalink Appoints New Board Members

On 1 July 2020, Integrated Payments Service Limited (IPSL), the company behind Pesalink, welcomed four new non-executive directors to its board. The new directors are Jack Ngare, Dr Shiko Gitau, Kevin Kinyanjui, and Moses Obonyo.

Jack Ngare, a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience, is currently the managing director of Microsoft's Africa Development Center. He has a strong background in telecommunication, financial services, information security, and emerging technology.

Dr Shikoh Gitau, CEO of Qhala, brings over ten years of experience in research and design of digital technologies. She is a member of the COVID-19 Advisory and the Data Analytics Modelling committee, which advises the Kenyan government on tech and data-based solutions.

Kevin Kinyanjui, founder and CEO of Duo Tech, has over 34 years of experience in information technology. He is also the Co-founder and Director of WTec, which provides cybersecurity and digital forensics services in the continent.

Moses Obonyo, a senior partner at Buyuka Obonyo, has over 30 years of practice in law and finance. He is a non-executive director at several organizations, including Ghana Reinsurance Kenya Limited and Metropol TV.
