Isaiah Monda Ontita, a police officer who was arrested in Thika on Sunday for conning three M-Pesa operators, has a dark past that has now been exposed.

According to records, Ontita was interdicted from service in October 2019 after he was accused of defiling a 14-year-old student at Enomatasiani Primary School in Matasia, Kajiado county.

A police statement filed under OB number 4/27/10/2019 revealed that the minor had reported being defiled by a police officer who was on duty at the time.

The minor alleged that the officer did not record her report but instead bought her a bottle of soda and later took her to his house, where he defiled her.

Ontita's arrest on Sunday came after he conned three M-Pesa operators of Sh124,000.
