Published on August 3, 2020, Huawei Mobile Kenya has introduced a new colour option for its mid-range Huawei Nova 5T in the Kenyan market.
The Nova 5T, which was launched in January 2020, initially came in three colours: Midsummer Purple, Crush Blue, and Black. The new green colour option joins the existing palette, offering consumers more choices.
Notably, Huawei has reduced the device's pricing from Kshs 42,000 at launch to Kshs 35,000, making it an attractive option in the competitive Kshs 30,000-45,000 segment.
The Nova 5T's quad-lens camera setup, featuring a 48-megapixel HD lens and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, remains unchanged. The device also boasts AI image stabilization, a 22.5W charger, and a Kirin 980 processor.
One of the Nova 5T's key advantages is its access to Google apps and services, in addition to Huawei's own mobile services, making it a compelling choice for consumers.
With the introduction of the new green colour option and price drop, Huawei aims to attract more buyers and users to its device.
