On July 30, 2020, Gengeton star Zzero Sufuri was involved in a motorcycle accident along Kibera area, leaving him with a broken arm.
His manager documented the incident on social media, sparking an outpouring of support from Kenyan creatives.
After an appeal for help, many came to his aid to ensure the downpayment needed for treatment was paid promptly.
Thanks to their efforts, Zzero Sufuri has now been discharged from St Peter's hospital in Uthiru.
He took to social media to express his gratitude, saying, "Thanks For Everyone Supporting…And Get Well Messages!! Fully Discharged From Hospital…The Marathon Continues!! #RgmMusicAllDay #QrZzeroSufuri"
