Published on July 30, 2020, Manchester City are reportedly in talks to sign Valencia winger Ferran Torres for 23m euros (£20.87m).
The 20-year-old Spaniard, who has a year left on his contract with the La Liga club, is said to be keen on a move to Etihad Stadium.
Valencia had valued Torres at £40m, but it appears the Premier League club is willing to pay a lower fee to secure his services.
Manchester City's director of football, Txiki Begiristain, has warned that the transfer window will be 'strange' this summer due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
City are also expected to target central defenders, with England centre-back John Stones and Argentina defender Nicolas Otamendi potentially being replaced.
