Kenya Reports 4 Covid-19 Deaths, 418 New Cases

On July 20, 2020, Kenya's health authorities announced a significant increase in Covid-19 cases and fatalities.

According to Health CAS Rashid Aman, 19 patients have died, the highest number of COVID-19 deaths recorded in a single day since the pandemic started. This raises the death toll to 238.

418 new coronavirus cases have been reported in Kenya after testing of 2,474 samples, bringing the total number of cases to 13,771, as announced by CAS Aman.

A total of 494 patients have recovered, with 465 from home-based care, bringing recoveries to 5,616, according to CAS Aman.
