TV personality Jacqueline Nyaminde, alias Wilbroda, has spoken out about her relationship with the late Papa Shirandula, revealing that his first wife, Beatrice Andega, knew about their close bond.
The news came to light during Papa Shirandula's funeral service in Busia, where Wilbroda delivered a heartfelt eulogy.
Wilbroda, who referred to Papa Shirandula as her 'TV husband', said, 'I was Papa's second wife and his legal wife knew that.'
She went on to express her shock at his passing, stating, 'His death has shocked me a lot, he was not just a workmate but also a friend and a neighbour.'
Wilbroda also shared fond memories of their time together, recalling how they would often meet on her way to work and chat until she was almost late.
She assured Papa Shirandula's family that his death did not signify the end of their relationship, adding that she would continue to visit them.
Wilbroda concluded her eulogy by expressing her condolences to Papa Shirandula's family, saying, 'Your family will be in my thoughts because your kids are also friends to my son. There is a time I came with my son to see you and it's sad that we are meeting again under such circumstances.'
