Vera Sidika Slams Netizens Claiming COVID-19 is Fake

Published on July 20, 2020

Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika has expressed disappointment and frustration with netizens who continue to claim that COVID-19 is not real. In a recent Instagram rant, she called on these individuals to take the disease seriously and warned that they will be taught a lesson when one of their loved ones becomes a victim.

According to Vera, she is tired of people who insist that COVID-19 is a hoax and that the government is paying people to lie about the pandemic. She has asked her fans to be considerate and stop acting like COVID-19 is all the government's ploy.

Not too long ago, Vera angered her fans when she flouted curfew restrictions to attend a house party at her pal's place. She even documented her whole transit as she went to her pal's place to party and have a good time. Her fans called her out and termed her actions as carelessness and lack of compassion.

After that, Vera threw a barbeque party in her backyard and invited a couple of friends over. Social distancing went out the window on that day.

"May anyone claiming there is no corona and that government is paying people to lie... get it," Vera angrily ranted.

She warned that people were bound to change their minds about the disease the day one of their loved ones became a victim.
