July 2018 was a memorable trip for Megan Gerrard, 22, and her friends to Magaluf, Spain. It was a girls' trip that turned into a wild adventure with seven guys from Newcastle.
On their last night, the group stumbled upon a tattoo parlour and Megan jokingly suggested getting everyone's initials tattooed on her thigh as a tribute to their chance encounter. The guys dared her to do it, and despite her friends' warnings, Megan decided to take up the challenge.
When Megan returned to England, she discovered that some of the men had given her fake initials after finding out their real names on social media. The group stayed in contact for around four months until their girlfriends found out and made the men block them.
Megan has no regrets about the experience, finding it rather hysterical. She has since gotten a new tattoo to cover it up.
As Megan shared on social media, 'Some of the boys gave me fake names and we didn’t find out until we got home and they added us on Snapchat. We stayed in contact with the boys for about 4 months but then we found out they actually were in long term relationships and their girlfriends found out about us and made all the boys block us girls.'
