On July 18, 2020, Citizen TV journalist Stephen Letoo revealed that he had tested positive for Covid-19, despite showing no symptoms.
According to Letoo, he underwent testing at the Nairobi Hospital and found out his status afterwards.
"I didn’t have any signs and even now I don’t have any signs," he told the Star in an interview.
Letoo emphasized that he was fine and had his appetite as before, adding that getting into isolation was the most difficult part of his recovery.
"I want to ask Kenyans to be more careful. It is sad when you cannot trace where you got the disease from," he said.
