Charles Bukeko, a renowned Kenyan actor and comedian, has left a lasting legacy in the entertainment industry. He was best known for his character Papa Shirandula on a Citizen TV show.

On Saturday morning, Bukeko passed away at Karen Hospital after a short illness, leaving behind a family and a multitude of fans. He was 58 years old.

Bukeko was a multiple award-winning actor who received the Kalasha Award for 'Best Actor in a TV Series' in 2010. His talent and dedication to his craft have inspired many in the industry.

He leaves behind a loving wife, Beatrice Ebbie Andega, and three children; Tony, Charlie, and Wendy. The family has confirmed his passing, and tributes are pouring in from fans and fellow actors alike.
