On Thursday evening, Kenyan youngster Clarke Oduor made his English Championship debut for Barnsley in a match against Leeds at the Elland Road Stadium.
Unfortunately, the match ended in defeat for Barnsley, with Leeds securing the maximum points.
Michael Sollbauer's own goal in the 28th minute proved to be the decisive factor in the match.
Oduor came on in the 84th minute, replacing Jordan Williams, but was unable to help Barnsley secure a point.
With this loss, Barnsley now sits at the bottom of the log with 43 points from 44 matches.
Clarke Oduor, a 21-year-old left-back, joined Barnsley in 2019 after starting his career at Leeds.
He was also the club's Player of the Month in January, earning him recognition for his impressive performances.
