ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi's future is uncertain as top party officials pull in different directions ahead of 2022 elections.
Mr. Mudavadi and Ford Kenya chief Moses Wetang'ula have been crisscrossing western Kenya to galvanize support, with both saying they will contest the presidency.
However, ANC deputy party leader Ayub Savula told the Nation on Thursday that the party held a parliamentary group meeting on Wednesday and resolved to fully support President Uhuru Kenyatta in and outside Parliament.
The Lugari MP added that ANC agreed to halt attacks against Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, Central Organisation of Trade Unions secretary-general Francis Atwoli, and Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa.
