Singer Betty Bayo has revealed the dark secrets of her past marriage to Pastor Kanyari, including living with six other women in the same house.
According to Bayo, she met Kanyari at his church where she had gone to sing. He later invited her to his home and she accepted, not knowing what lay ahead.
Bayo revealed that she discovered that Kanyari was living with six other women in the same house, and they had no boundaries. They would enter her bedroom at will and even choose the clothes her husband would wear.
'I was not in control of anything in the house. The women would enter my bedroom at will and even choose the clothes my husband would wear. I was not happy about it,' Bayo said.
Bayo also revealed that her mother-in-law, who was a pastor, would control the marriage and even pay her KSh 30,000 every Sunday to attend church with Kanyari.
'My mother-in-law would pay me KSh 30,000 every Sunday to attend church with Kanyari. She would also ask me to forgive Kanyari for his mistakes and even ask me to accept gifts from him,' Bayo said.
Bayo revealed that she was not happy about the situation and eventually left the marriage after discovering the dark secrets.
