Jacaranda Gardens Estate Residents Told to Self-Isolate After COVID-19 Cases Confirmed

On July 15, 2020, the Ministry of Health's COVID-19 response team in Roysambu sub-county confirmed COVID-19 cases in Jacaranda Gardens Estate on Kamiti Road in Nairobi.

The estate management issued a notice to residents advising them to self-isolate for 14 days to avoid further contact.

According to the notice, residents were advised to isolate themselves with their children for 14 days, use sanitizers or wash hands with soap and running water, wear masks always, and observe social distance.

The estate management assured residents that they were in communication with the Ministry of Health and would inform them of any new developments.
