Master KG's Song Takes France by Storm ¶
Published on July 16, 2020, a video shared on the #ImStaying Facebook page has captured the hearts of many, showcasing a group of people in France dancing to Master KG's hit song, Jerusalema.
According to the video, the song made its way to France during the pandemic and people decided to dance to it, adhering to social distancing measures and wearing masks.
The video was originally shared on Master KG SA Music's Facebook page on June 22, but it was reposted by Elvira Potgieter on the #ImStaying Facebook page with the caption, 'We should feel proud.'
South Africans were quick to express their pride and admiration for the song, with many commenting on the video. Annette Jaffa commented, 'It just shakes you, no matter where you are or what you do.'
Heather King Robson wrote, 'Hambe Jerursalema - spread the love.' Asange Esther Bumira added, 'This should be our national anthem.'
Camilla Meridith Ramlingam commented, 'Wow proudly South African! Ha ha ho ho Jerusalem, I can't help making sound effects lol.'
