On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko appeared before the Senate County Public Accounts and Investments Committee, making a fashion statement with his attire.
Wearing a blue suit, scarlet red tie, and snow-white shirt, Sonko's outfit was complemented by a huge silver bling on his left middle finger - a Versace Palazzo Medusa snake head large statement cocktail ring.
According to reports, a cocktail ring of this size and design can be purchased for approximately $256, but Sonko likely spent much more on it from the Versace store.
Notably, Sonko's love for Versace is well-documented, with his home's dining area even featuring a Versace theme, complete with the iconic Medusa logo.
