July 15, 2020 - Transsion's Syinix brand has made a significant entry into the smart home product segment with the introduction of its first Android TVs. The A20 series, as they are called, marks a new chapter in the company's history, offering a range of TVs with sizes from 32 inches to 55 inches.
The Syinix Android TVs run on Google's CERTIFIED Android TV, making them compatible with Google Assistant. This means users can quickly find and play their favorite shows, get answers, and control their home with just their voice.
Other notable features of the Syinix Android TVs include Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to connect external speakers for better sound, and Chromecast built-in, enabling users to cast their content from their phones to their screens easily.
The TVs are currently on sale at discounted prices on Syinix's Facebook Page, with the 55-inch model priced at KES. 44,000 and the 50-inch model at KES. 30,000. The prices for the different sizes are as follows:
- 32 inch - KES. 13,199
- 43 inch - KES. 21,799
- 50 inch - KES. 29,999
- 55 inch - KES. 43,999
Syinix claims that the panels used on the TVs offer breathtaking quality with HDR advanced image processing technology, which can better reflect the visual effect in the real environment and let users see richer and more realistic colors. The company also says these are their first true frameless TVs, with up to 96% screen-to-body ratio.
The Syinix Android TVs come with a 2-year warranty, and customers will receive free repair service from Carlcare, the same company that handles Infinix, TECNO, and itel customer service.
