As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to affect many Kenyans, a landlord in Nyandarua has shown his generosity by waiving rent for his tenants for another month.

Dr. Daniel Munene, the landlord, has been providing relief to his tenants since the pandemic started. Two months ago, he donated foodstuff that would last for two weeks, and now he has extended the rent waiver for another month.

According to Dr. Munene, the move is to help his tenants cope with the effects of Covid-19. He believes that by waiving rent, they will be able to save money for food and other basic needs for their children.

One of the tenants, Mrs. Jane Muthoni, was all praises for Dr. Munene, calling him a 'God-sent landlord.' She expressed her gratitude, saying that the landlord's generosity will enable her to feed and clothe her children during these hard times.

Dr. Munene's act of kindness has brought relief to his tenants, and it is a testament to the impact that one person can have on the lives of others.
