MP Moses Kuria has expressed his resignation to the fate of politicians who have been 'auctioned' off to serve the interests of the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) agenda.

On Wednesday, Kuria congratulated the new members of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee, led by Hon. Otiende Amolo, and urged them to deliver on their 'Terms of Reference (ToRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)'.

According to Kuria, the Committee's role is to appoint heads of institutions who are 'Baba friendly' to Raila Odinga, and he urged the new members to stick to their mandate.

He wrote on Facebook, 'Now do not forget why Baba has appointed you to this vital committee- Deliver BBI, deliver a Baba friendly Chief Justice, deliver a Baba compliant IEBC and a Baba nominee for the Registrar of Political Parties. Stick to your Terms of Reference (ToRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Tuliuzwa na tukakubali. Ilibidi.'
