According to a recent interview with the Daily Nation, Betty revealed that her mother has been her pillar financially and emotionally, helping her to cover the costs of remodeling her new salon, which cost upwards of KSh 4 million.
When asked about the rumors of male sponsors behind her business, Betty was quick to dismiss them, stating that her mother has been her rock throughout this journey. She also emphasized that there's no shame in asking for assistance when running a business.
Speaking of getting back what she invested in her salon business, Betty was optimistic that her demand in the market would soon balance her books. She noted that with the number of clients coming in, it might not be long before she breaks even.
The revamped Flair by Betty was launched on Saturday, June 27, just a month after Betty resigned from K24 on Saturday, May 30.
