Safaricom's New Business Features: A Game-Changer for Enterprises ¶

As a restaurateur in Nairobi, I have learned a thing or two about what makes a business successful. One of the most important things is having control over your cash flow. That's why I was excited to learn about Safaricom's new features for businesses, including Fuliza for Business and the M-Pesa for Business app.
The M-Pesa for Business app, which was released on June 17, has been a game-changer for me and my business. With this app, I can now pay my staff salaries directly from my M-Pesa till, send payments to suppliers, and even withdraw cash at an M-Pesa agent. It's been a huge relief to have more control over my cash flow, especially during these challenging times.
One of the features that has caused the most excitement is Fuliza for Business. This overdraft facility promises to be a lifesaver for businesses that are struggling to make ends meet. I recently had to use it when I had to get supplies from a supermarket after the normal channel failed me. It was a huge relief to know that I had access to extra funds when I needed them.
Other new capabilities of the M-Pesa for Business app include the ability to directly check the balance in the till, deposit cash into the till at any M-Pesa agent, and view transaction reports. It's also now possible to sell airtime through the till number, which has been a huge bonus for my business.
Overall, I am thrilled with the new features that Safaricom has introduced for businesses. They have made a huge difference for me and my business, and I am confident that they will do the same for many other businesses in Kenya.
