It's worth noting that just a few days prior to this post, Betty was at the center of a controversy surrounding her alleged trip to Dubai with Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho and Suna East Member of Parliament Junet Mohamed. The two lawmakers had visited ODM leader Raila Odinga in Dubai, and photos shared by Junet and Joho aboard a private jet sparked speculation about Betty's involvement.
However, Betty quickly responded to the rumors, assuring her fans that she was not in Dubai and was instead enjoying lunch with a friend. She asked her fans to stay calm and stop listening to the rumors, as she was in the country running her errands.
