Unlikely Friendship Exposed ¶
Popular MC Jalang'o has opened up about his long-standing friendship with Kamene Goro, a relationship that has left many Kenyans surprised.
Speaking on Billy Miya's YouTube channel, Jalang'o revealed that he and Kamene have been close friends since their time at Hot 96, where Kamene was standing in for an absent Jeff Koinange.

July 13, 2020, marked a significant day for Jalang'o as he confirmed his unflinching bid to vie for the Lang'ata parliamentarian seat in 2022, sending home the current MP, Nixon Korir.
Declaring his interest in the political space, Jalang'o revealed that this is going to be his last time on radio with his focus being politics and building his own brand in the media industry.

Explaining his motivation, Jalang'o stated that if one wants change, they can bring it about either as an individual or as a politician, but politics gives you a louder voice and it is easier to change policies.
Further affirming his credibility, Jalang'o revealed that he is about to graduate with a Degree in Community Development from Daystar University in October 2020.
