Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has returned to Kenya, marking the end of his three-week medical stay in Dubai.
According to sources, Raila jetted back into the country on the night of Sunday, July 12, aboard the luxurious Constellation Aviation Airline Airbus A318-112(CJ) Elite A6-CAS, MS4211.
His close allies, Junet Mohammed and Governor Hassan Joho, had visited him in Dubai last week and reported that he was recovering well and eager to return home.
As reported by his brother, Oburu Oginga, Raila had flown to Dubai on June 21 for minor back surgery, which was not a serious health issue.
Junet Mohammed and Governor Joho's visit to Dubai elicited reactions on social media, with some users speculating about the purpose of their trip.
However, the Suna East MP was quick to quell the wild innuendo by showing the owner of a lady's handbag that had been spotted under the table where they were sitting.
