On Friday, a couple from Nairobi's Kayole estate, Dennis Pius and Susan Ndeto, traveled to their rural village, unaware of the tragic fate that awaited them.

Two days later, on Sunday, Susan's mother attempted to contact her daughter but was unable to reach her, prompting a frantic search.

Tragically, the mother's search led her to the couple's two-room house, where she discovered the shocking scene of the two bodies hanging from ropes tied to their necks.

According to a police statement, Susan's body was found naked, and the couple did not leave behind any suicide note.

The bodies of Dennis, 28, and Susan, 19, were taken to Kangundo Level Four Hospital mortuary as investigations into their deaths commenced.

It is reported that the couple had been last seen on Sunday morning, and their house had gone silent from lunchtime, sparking concerns among their neighbors.
